This page explains how the Istead Rise Community Association looks after any personal information you share with us. We collect only what we need to run the association, such as membership and booking details, and we keep it no longer than necessary.
What we collect
When you join, renew or make a booking, we record details such as your name, contact information and the nature of your booking. This lets us administer your membership, take payments and keep you informed.
How we use it
We use your information solely to run the centre and to contact you about your membership or booking. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties except where we are required to by law.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it removed. To make a request, contact the office on 01474 833 903.
